Pretty Corsage {free crochet pattern}

Life needs more flowers and beautiful things! My jean jacket definitely needed a little sprucing up and what better way than to add a cute crochet flower. The Pretty Corsage free crochet pattern works up fast and looks fabulous! One skein of Wooly Worsted makes about three flowers so make one for your mom and your best friend. They'll love it!

this looks very cute and very do-able, but where can i look for help on learning abbreviations? i fear i won't be able to do much until i learn those first. :)

For Bonnie - here is a good webpage with all the crochet abbreviations. http://www.crochetnmore.com/123basics.htm

If you don't like this page, just google crochet abbreviations or pick up any crochet beginners book.

As for this pattern. VERY cute! I was hesitant to make this because I don't like to sew, but I'm glad I did. It works up fast and I love how it varies depending on the weight of the yarn. This is a keeper for sure :-) Very easy, very cute. Thanks!
